During the registration process, some people may not have met all of the conditions for participation. While these "Non-Eligible" contestants CANNOT win prizes, they can report their usage data to play against other "Non-Eligible" participants. If "Non-Eligible" participants attempt to use the "Registered Contestant" link, there data will not be stored.

Why do we let "Non-Eligible" contestants play along?

The goal of the Energy Showdown is to encourage people to pay attention to their energy usage. Giving out prizes makes the contest more exciting, but if more people become wise energy consumers, we will all win!
